Our Process

1. Free On-Site Consultation
   We begin with a no-obligation consultation at your property to assess the space and discuss your staging goals.

2. Quote & Booking
   After the consultation, we’ll send through a detailed quote. If you decide to go ahead, you’ll receive an invoice and contract. Once payment is received and the contract is signed, your staging is locked in.

3. Installation Day
   We deliver and fully install all staging items — including furniture, rugs, linens, artwork, cushions, and accessories. This process usually takes up to a full day, transforming your space into a beautifully styled, buyer-ready home.

Staging Options

​

Full Staging
Ideal for vacant properties, this package includes complete styling using our curated selection of furniture and decor. We tailor each staging to suit the home’s layout and style, ensuring a cohesive and welcoming result.
Includes: Kitchen, dining, lounge, bedrooms, and bathrooms

Partial Staging
Involves incorporating select pieces of your existing furniture with ours to elevate your space. Please note: partial staging is only available during quiet periods and we do not stage lived-in homes at this time.

Additional Information

​

• Hire Term: All packages include 6 weeks of hire.

• Extra Time: You can add weeks upfront at a discounted rate, or extend beyond 6 weeks at 10% of the original fee per additional week.

• What’s Included: Delivery, full installation, insurance cover, and removal after sale.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to installation.

Cancellation Policy

• After Invoice Payment: 10% cancellation fee

• Within 48 Hours of Staging Date: 20% cancellation fee
